Sigay is a small, mountainous town located in northern Luzon, the Philippines' largest island.

The original settlers of Sigay were members of the Igorot tribe and to this day, descendants of the Igorot natives, the Bago continue to live in Sigay.

Primarily driven by agriculture, the area is known for its rugged mountains, rice terraces and picturesque rivers.

This series, taken with an iPhone and a Canon AE-1 film camera, captures everyday life in the village during the summer of 2012.
